You'll place your hands on the earth and build a sacred altar from what the land offers you. Stones. Moss. Bark. Whatever calls. You'll ground into a daily ritual that takes five minutes and rewires everything. You'll close your eyes and drop into a guided meditation that brings you home to your body, to the soil, to the ancient knowing your ancestors left in your bones. You'll create. You'll journal. You'll get dirt under your fingernails and truth on the page. A guest herbalist will gather you for a live tea ritual. You'll brew together. Sip together. Learn the medicine of the plants rooted in the same earth you just pressed your palms into. If you've been spinning. If you've been unanchored. If you've forgotten what it feels like to belong to yourself. This is where you land. This is where the remembering begins.

You'll learn the language of water. How it moves. How it softens stone. How it carries things away when you stop holding so tight. You'll create from that softening. You'll journal what rises to the surface. You'll let the page hold what your body has been carrying alone. A guest breathwork practitioner will guide you through a live session that moves through your body the way a river moves through rock. Not by force. By patience. By presence. If you've been holding everything together so tightly, you forgot you're allowed to let go. If old grief and old stories have made a home in your chest. This is where the water finds them. This is where you finally let go. And the lightness that follows will surprise you.

You'll create from the place where something wild and new has been pressing against your ribs, waiting. You'll give her color. Shape. A voice. Through intuitive art, forest practices, and journaling that cuts deeper than you expected, you'll meet the woman who's been becoming underneath the armor. Underneath the shrinking. Underneath the years of making yourself smaller so everyone else could be comfortable. A guest Reiki and energy healer will guide you through a live session that opens what's been sealed shut and lets the light pour in. If you've known there's more in you but couldn't find the door. This is the door. And she's already standing on the other side.

You'll gather everything the forest taught you and create a final sacred piece that holds the whole journey. You'll journal the full arc. Where you started. What you walked through. Who you are now. Through ceremony, reflection, and the sisterhood that held you through all of it, you'll name what you released. What you reclaimed. What finally bloomed. A guest sound healer will close your journey with a live sound bath that washes through your whole body and seals what the forest gave you into your bones. This is where you stop searching. This is where you stop becoming and start belonging. To yourself. To the earth. To the woman beside you. You will never unsee the woman you found in here.
